Over the past few days this gentleman has been hand-crafting the most elaborate construction barrier ever to grace Broome Street. He is currently painting, by hand, all exposed surfaces on the ‘piece’. By week’s end, I fully expect he’ll have carved busts of famous historical figures in the finest jade and expertly installed them atop the barrier.
